The foregoing warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, and usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs by anyone other than FULLMARK.

Return Procedure
In the unlikely event that a FULLMARK product is found to be defective, please return to us the defective FULLMARK product within fourteen (14) days thereof stating exactly how the FULLMARK product was defective. FULLMARK will reimburse the full amount of the product once it is determined by FULLMARK to be defective.

This Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of Singapore
Entire Agreement
